Language

The official language of the Conference is English.

Publication

All contributed papers accepted for the Conference, will be published in the BOOK OF PROCEEDINGS, which will be distributed to participants only in electronic form

Paper preparation

The papers will be divided into oral presentations and posters. The Scientific Committee retains the option of deciding on the presentation form (oral or poster) based on the number of registered participants. The papers should be submitted electronically by e-mail (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) before July 15, 2026.

The authors are limited to no more than three regular contributions and one invited lecture.

The publication in the Workshop Book of Abstracts cannot be guaranteed for the papers received after that deadline. Extended abstracts are limited to four pages, while submissions from invited lectures may be a maximum of eight pages.
